26 & 2 is a 60-minute yoga class based on the traditional Bikram Yoga sequence, featuring 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises traditionally practiced in a heated room. This streamlined format includes one set of each posture and each breathing exercise, allowing students to experience the full sequence in a more time-efficient manner. The series systematically works the entire body through standing and floor postures designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and endurance. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, 26 & 2 offers a focused, consistent practice that leaves you feeling energized, challenged, and refreshed.@jillljane

Audrey Kohlts LaFreniere
Ashtanga
Royal Room 1:15-2:30Join a structured 75 minute practice through the Half Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga where you will be guided halfway through the traditional full Primary Series, known as Yoga Chikitsa, or "yoga therapy." We'll move through Sun Salutations, the standing sequence, seated postures, then transition into the closing sequence, and rest at the end. At the heart of this practice is tristana, the union of breath, posture (asana), and gaze (drishti). Each movement is linked to an inhale or exhale and each posture is held with a specific point of focus. Together these three elements create the moving meditation that Ashtanga is known for. This is a practice of internal awareness as much as physical strength. Modifications and options will be offered throughout, so come as you are.

"Rain" Nicole Finamore
Breathwork and Release
Serenity Room (Studio 40) 4:30-5:30The Exhale: Hips, Breath & Release. 60 minutes | Gentle Yoga + Breathwork. We carry more than we realize, in our breath, in our bodies the places we habitually protect. The Exhale is a slow, grounding practice combining deep, gentle hip work with intentional breathwork. Rather than pushing for flexibility or chasing a deeper pose, we’ll use breath, movement, stillness, and time to invite the body to soften at its own pace. Expect accessible hip-opening postures, mindful transitions, and guided breath practices designed to create space through the hips and pelvis while settling the nervous system and bringing your attention back into your body. This is not about how far you can stretch. It is about noticing where you are holding, breathing into what you find, and discovering what happens when you stop asking your body to perform and give it permission to release. Come as you are. Leave with a little more room to breathe. Nicole Finamore is a certified Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression-Informed Yoga Teacher and is currently continuing her training to become a Yoga Therapist. She teaches at Connections Yoga Sanctuary on Historic 25th Street in Ogden, where her approach combines mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness. Nicole creates welcoming, accessible practices that encourage students to connect with their bodies, honor their own experience, and discover greater ease through movement and breath.

Jenna Garcia
Restorative Yoga
Atrium 12:00-1:00Rooted in Rest: a restorative practice. As we move into fall, the natural world reminds us it's time to turn inward, remember rest as an integral part of the process, and settle into stillness.
This restorative class is an invitation to do the same. Through long-held, supported poses and quiet breath, we'll explore rest not as a break from the process, but as an essential part of it. Just as the seed needs darkness to root, we need stillness to integrate, repair, and prepare for what's next. Come as you are. Leave the effort at the door. Let gravity do the work, and let yourself be held—by the earth, by the props, by the simple permission to stop. All levels welcome. No experience with restorative yoga needed—just a willingness to receive. -
